We are looking for
SERVICE DESK SPECIALIST
for Experis to work for our client company's Service Desk (Front Desk, 1st Line).
The Service Desk Specialist provides support to users in Finland and Sweden; therefore, fluency in Finnish and Swedish is required, along with at least a moderate knowledge of English.
Job Responsibilities
- Inform, guide and assist users in the daily use of supported systems, tools and equipment.
- Receive, register, coordinate and report information, wishes, needs, questions and problems related to the effective use of IT in client company.
- Be the SPOC (single point of contact) between the users, client company's IT and external suppliers.
- Receive, register, follow up and report cases until they are concluded and closed.
We are looking for
- SD Specialist who can understand the user's problems and come across as competent people in the IT area. In addition, insight into the processes, systems, programs and technology used in client company's IT environment is required to be able to perform effective problem assessment and answer IT-related questions.
- SD Specialist who is able to solve the technical part of the problem, but also in dialogue be able to guide and to some extent educate the user.
- Ability to follow the guidelines, responsibility and ownership that define client company's IT platform.
- Experience and insight into working with external operating partners.
- Knowledge and insight into the central Citrix environment and how it interacts with the other central and local systems

- Support tools used for system administration, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, such asc:
- Case management system
- Remote support via TeamViewer
- Antivirus protection (Symantec Endpoint Protection)
- Symantec Brightmail (Quarantine, SPAM Filter)
- Microsoft Office
- Office 365
- SharePoint
- Windows 10
- Active Directory
- Azure
- MDM (Mobile Device Management)
- Knowledge of Agresso (Business System) is advantageous
The Service Desk is open 06.00-16.00 (Mon-Fri). Working hours are 37,5 h / week, with one hour lunch.
Employment is permanent contract via ManpowerGroup.
