Are you a strategic leader with a passion for business development, team leadership, and innovation? We are looking for a Country Manager to lead our operations in Finland and drive sustainable growth. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a proven track record of delivering results, this opportunity is for you!

Your Responsibilities

As the Country Manager Unilever Food Solutions, you will be pivotal in shaping our business strategy, ensuring market growth, and leading high-performing teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a long-term business strategy to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Monitoring and evaluating business performance using OKRs and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Leading and mentoring market teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Ensuring efficiency in core business processes (S&OP, IBP, PRs, QBRs).
  • Driving business transformation by implementing future-proof capabilities such as digital selling and customer experience management.
  • Identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent while fostering team development.
  • Ensuring proper allocation of resources to deliver business objectives.
  • Representing our brand externally with customers and within the food service industry.

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you should bring:

  • Strong leadership experience in managing sales and cross-functional teams, with the ability to inspire and drive change.
  • Expertise in performance coaching & talent development, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence to mentor and guide teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - challenging the status quo, thinking creatively, and proactively driving new initiatives.
  • Commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of business growth strategies and value creation.
  • Knowledge of food service trends, customer expectations, and the competitive landscape.
  • Digital and tech-savvy approach, with a strong understanding of digital technologies and their practical applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business development and team management, with mandatory experience in the food service industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing and transforming teams for success.
  • Relevant university degree in business or a related field.
  • Passion for food culture and a strong understanding of the food service industry.
