Your Role & Responsibilities
🔹 Drive Growth: Develop and execute impactful B2B IoT and B2C retail strategies to maximize revenue in both sectors.
🔹 Lead Sales Pipeline: Build and manage a dynamic sales pipeline, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
🔹 Client Engagement & Success: Regularly visit clients to present tailored IoT solutions and open market strategies, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
🔹 Revenue Ownership: Take full responsibility for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
🔹 Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct strategic reviews with clients, and proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
🔹 Optimize Sales Processes: Continuously refine B2B and B2C sales processes for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.
🔹 Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute account plans that ensure long-term success in the Finnish market.
What We're Looking For
✔️ Fluency in Finnish & English (written and spoken).
✔️ Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or similar role-experience in telecom or consumer tech is a plus.
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
✔️ Ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
