Supply chain digitalization is a battle we need to win!
We are looking for a dynamic professional who has strong knowledge of supply chain processes and digital solutions. We are opening recruitment for a Supply chain development manager to manage our digitalization journey within the supply chain.
Supply chain development manager will be responsible of finding right digital solutions to support our company's strategy and co-ordinating implementation projects. This person will be part of our recently established development and project management team led by Head of Supply Chain Development and Project Management. This is a new position in our company and located in Espoo, Finland.
Key responsibilities are:
- To find and further develop optimal digital solutions.
- To co-ordinate the implementation projects.
- To train and educate organization to use solutions effectively.
- To find efficiencies also in usage of current tools and develop processes in relevant areas.
To be successful in this position you will need the following:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics or related fields.
- Minimum few years of related experience.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and digital environments.
- Proven track record of participation in supply chain digitalization projects.
- Strategic approach.
- Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics tools.
- Dynamic, proactive, driven approach.
- Strong team player with good project management skills.
- Fluent English; Finnish language skills are an advantage.
