We are now looking for an experienced financial consolidation professional to join our customer company´s Enterprise Performance Management team.
As part of our EPM team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering comprehensive strategic transformation projects to our esteemed clients. Our team's forte lies in optimizing and digitizing the processes and systems of CFO organizations. We offer a diverse range of services, including financial consolidation, statutory reporting, XP&A, S&OP, financial planning, management reporting, and cost and profitability management. We implement analytical and reporting solutions and empower CFOs to establish and enhance resilient finance organizations for the future.
Your general tasks and responsibilities:
- Working in client projects in designing, implementing, and optimizing financial consolidation processes and solutions tailored to meet client needs
- Managing client engagements (f.ex. developing project plans and timelines, and leading project teams)
- Organizing client workshops to understand business needs and translating them into technical solutions
- Identifying client opportunities, preparing, and pitching offerings to new and existing clients and developing our service offering together with the team
- Providing guidance and support to junior team members
We are looking for:
- Strong financial accounting and reporting expertise, especially group reporting/consolidation (your experience can be for example from consulting and/or industry)
- Previous experience in implementing consolidation solutions, such as OneStream, Oracle HFM, Oracle FCC, Tagetik or Clausion
- Good project management skills and experience in leading projects
- Interest in technology and how it can be used in transforming financial functions
- Degree in a relevant field (f.ex. M.Sc./B.Sc. in business or technology)
- Fluent skills in Finnish and English (written and spoken)
