BMH Technology is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. In this versatile role, you will focus on developing and implementing HR processes and practices while providing support to supervisors and employees on various HR matters, with a key emphasis on employment issues. This position offers an opportunity to influence the company's daily HR practices and contribute to enhancing our company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will focus on developing and implementing effective HR practices, supporting supervisors with personnel planning, recruitment, and changes. You will be supporting and advising on employment-related issues and compliance with the Technology Industries Collective Agreement. You will also lead HRD projects for continuous improvement, provide support and training on employment-related issues, and support recruitment activities while enhancing our employer branding. Additionally, you will oversee occupational healthcare services and well-being initiatives and manage daily HR and occupational health communications.
You will actively collaborate with BMH Group safety personnel and our occupational healthcare provider, as well as coordinate with personnel representatives in Finland.
BMH Technology supports you in the development of your personal skills, and you will receive a comprehensive introduction to the task and the support of the entire work community. You will repot to the VP, People and Sustainability.
The position is location-bound and you can work hybrid 50/50 model at BMH Technology's premises in Rauma and partly from your home office. You can also get the necessary work tools for this at home. Occasional travel needs may arise from time to time.

To succeed in this role:
We are looking for a person with good knowledge and understanding of HR function, employer obligations and legal requirements, HRM, HRD and you have previously worked in HR role. Familiarity with the Technology Industries Collective Agreement is considered an advantage.
We appreciate good self-leadership, prioritization and result oriented and hands-on approach to HR tasks. You have good communication and interaction skills and you have an ability to act as mediator and constructively negotiate in various situations.
You have good problem-solving and decision-making skills and good business acumen. Flexibility and adaptability and ability to support leaders and personnel in change are important too.
Suitable education in this role is for example M.Sc./B.Sc. Economics and Business Administration.
BMH Technology's internal language is English, and our employes are also international and domestic. You have fluent spoken and written communication skills in Finnish and in English, other language skills are considered an advantage.
