We are looking for

AREA SALES MANAGER

to join our Real Estate Business Unit in Finland.

As Area Sales Manager you are responsible for developing Real Estate sales in your area in Finland, achieving targeted customer satisfaction, loyalty, profitability and growth. You are responsible for named Key Accounts, new sales, new offering sales and customer negotiations in responsible area. You report directly to Account & Sales Manager Finland and co-operate closely with Nevel management and line managers.

Your primary workplace can be Helsinki, Jyväskylä or Seinäjoki in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Key Account Management: To serve as the primary contact for named Key Accounts in Eastern and Northern Finland, as well as build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Key Account stakeholders.
  • New Sales Development: To identify and secure new business opportunities with the responsible area, and to promote and sell new offerings to expand the customer base and diversify revenue streams.
  • Customer Negotiations: To lead contract discussions with new and existing customers, and ensure agreements align with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Customer Retention: To Implement strategies and to enhance customer loyalty, and to regularly engage with clients to address issues, gather feedback, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Achievement of Business Targets: To meet or exceed sales, profitability, and growth targets within the responsible area, also to monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: To work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery, and to provide regular sales performance reports and insights to management.

To succeed in the role:

  • Level of education: Bachelor or Master of Business Administration or Science Degree
  • Experience from successful sales and Key Account management
  • Fluent both verbal and written in Finnish and English
  • Previous experience in energy business.
  • Professional skills and areas of expertise:
    • Business understanding
    • Effective networking and collaboration in matrix organization
    • ICT Systems fluency
    • Excel and Powerpoint
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients in Finland. Team meetings in Sweden approx. 2-3 times a year
  • A healthy attitude towards a safe environment both at work and leisure time.
