ExxonMobil Finland Oy Ab is a Finnish subsidiary of the global oil leader ExxonMobil and a market leader in Finland's lubricant business. Their lubricant factory in Naantali manufactures and packages lubricants.
We are searching a new COMPONENT PLANNER for a temporary position in Naantali.
You are working as a part of the production planning team, and the role includes responsibilities such as:
- Placing and tracking production-related orders
- Planning and ordering base oil shipments
- Scheduling timely raw material deliveries
- Communicating with both domestic and international suppliers
- Managing raw material complaints
The ideal candidate is proactive, communicates fluently in English, and handles tasks accurately under pressure. Daily work involves SAP, ExxonMobil's planning software, and MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, etc.). Experience with information systems is beneficial but not essential.
This position is a temporary position/cover starting from November-December 2024, lasting through early fall 2025. The employment will be arranged as a temporary staffing position through Manpower. Compensation follows the industry's collective agreement.
