About the job
In the role of Forum IT Manager, you are part of a Nordic team with many contact points. Your everyday life is very flexible and varied with different tasks. In this role, you act as first line and contact person for the majority of hospitals across the Nordics that use our software in their instruments.
Some parts in the role:
- Act as system owner for the application and answer questions
- Manage migrations, upgrades and incidents
- Plan and participate in technical projects
- Ongoing customer contact
You report to the Head of Service and primarily work from the office at Zeiss Vantaa with the possibility of remote work. A few trips per year take place within the Nordic region.
About you
In order to enjoy and succeed in the role of Forum IT Manager, we see that you have a higher education and a few years of IT experience. Your personal qualities are important and we see that you therefore appreciate working in a team, providing service and are good at communicating verbally and in writing. Furthermore, you are a driven person who takes your own initiative and has a flexible approach.
Technical skills we require:
- Experience with Windows as an operating system, including aspects such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, routing, firewalls
- Basic knowledge of servers and peripheral components such as ad, dns, dhcp, dfs, db
You have good knowledge of English and one or more Nordic languages.
It is advantageous if you have previous work experience in Service/Support, project management and competence in SQL.
