We are in search for the position of
Process Manager
to join our team in Oulu, Finland.
You will look after production efficiency, developing processes and operations, identifying improvements and managing projects - remembering that safety comes first. You are responsible of main risk assessments and management of technical strategy and improvement plans. You will report directly to Site Manager.
As the Process Manager your main tasks and responsibilities will be
Developing and managing Site Technical Strategy and improvement plans aligned with the Site Manufacturing Strategy.
Developing operation processes for the overall production with conformance to Safety, Health and Environment regulatory requirement to develop safe working environment.
Managing production reporting and key performance indicators.
Managing process safety assessments (HAZOP, SIL, Bowties, RCPS, SEVESO III assessment) to support the creation of safe working environment.
We expect that you have
Master's degree in process or chemical engineering
over 5 years working experience in process industry
fluent command of both spoken and written English
the ability to cooperate in global business environment
development-oriented, self-motivated and systematic way of working and EIA systems knowledge would be an advantage
