Dometal Oy is Finnish, innovative, development-oriented and growing family business. The Multiva agricultural machines we manufacture are well-known in Finland and about twenty export countries. Now we are strengthening our presence in the regions of Romania and Bulgaria. We are now looking for an active Regional Sales Manager for our sales team to increase our sales and to develop our retail network.

Your main tasks are:

  • expanding and developing the Multiva retail network
  • growing of sales of Multiva machines in Romania and Bulgaria
  • sales of Multiva machines to the retail network according to the goals set
  • sales support for dealers and salesmen, maintenance men and support staff
  • coordinating and supporting demos and sales and marketing events
  • handing over machines to customers and supporting dealers
  • spare and consumable parts sales and its development through dealers
  • logistics coordination
  • coordination of maintenance and spare parts
  • product market surveys and supporting product development projects
  • reporting in accordance with the group's instructions

In your role, you report to the group's Sales Director.

We consider as advantage:

  • several years of experience in agricultural machinery sales
  • ability to operate in an international environment
  • ability to work in the dealer interface
  • knowledge of machine shop sales and aftermarket
  • technical knowledge of agricultural machinery

  • Knowledge of agricultural machinery sales and the market (Priority 1. Romania 2. Bulgaria)
  • Ability to set up and grow business profitably in a new market area
  • Building and systematically developing the dealer network
  • Positive sales and customer service attitude
  • Goal-oriented attitude to work
  • Ability to work independently, initiative
  • Negotiation and cooperation skills and experience
  • Financial knowledge of sales, business profitability
  • Technical and/or commercial training
  • Willingness to travel in the operational area
  • Good oral and written English skills
  • IT skills (MS Office).
